Blue Barracudas, Sticky Bandits, Amo Saldi, and Team Valfré – API Rome Treasure Hunt

API students have access to all kinds of wonderful excursions and cultural activities throughout their study abroad experience, and this past week the students in Rome participated in just such an event – a treasure hunt through the Eternal City!

The concept was simple: API students were divided into teams and asked to find their way to a set of destinations around the city. At each destination the teams were asked to do 3 things:

  1. Find their ‘treasure’ and explore it.
  2. Take a GROUP photo there (to prove they didn’t split the team up!)
  3. Answer a specific question.

The groups then chronicled their experiences through Powerpoint presentations, PDF brochures, and even a blog!

The winning participants went to the Olympic Stadium to watch an AS Roma match – a nice prize indeed!
